Rocky Road Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy this rich, fluffy chocolate dessert!
