Rocky Road Fluff Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold and enjoy this rich, fluffy chocolate dessert!
