10 minutes

 Chill Time

30–45 minutes

 Yield

About 20–24 balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1½–2 cups powdered sugar (adjust for sweetness and firmness)

Instructions

  1. Mix the base
In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and peanut butter.
Beat with a hand mixer or stir well until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Add sweetness
Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, until the mixture becomes thick enough to hold its shape.
  3. Chill the mixture
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to make rolling easier.
  4. Form the balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
  5. Final chill
Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 15 minutes before serving.
