Ingredients
- Mozzarella string cheese sticks
- Dill pickle juice (from a pickle jar)
- A clean glass jar with a tight lid
Optional for extra flavor:
- Fresh or dried dill
- Sliced garlic
- Chili flakes or whole chili
Instructions
- Place the string cheese sticks in the jar.
- Pour pickle juice over them until fully submerged.
- Add dill, garlic, or chili if using.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate.
Soaking Time
- 24 hours: light tangy flavor
- 3 days: perfectly balanced pickle taste
- 5+ days: stronger pickle flavor, same great texture
