Stuffed Crescent Rolls

 Stuffed Crescent Rolls (Savory Beef & Cheese)

 Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 250 g (½ lb) ground beef
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 100 g (4 oz) cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

 Instructions:

1. Prepare the filling:

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
  • Stir in garlic, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add cream cheese and shredded cheese, stir until melted and creamy. Set aside.

2. Prepare the dough:

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up tightly from the wide end to the tip.

3. Bake:

  • Place rolls on a lined or greased baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with beaten egg.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.

 Serving:

  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces (ketchup, mayo, or cheese sauce).
  • Perfect for parties, snacks, or appetizers!
