 Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

  • Powdered sugar for dusting

 Instructions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth and slightly creamy. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
