Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients
For the dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 package (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
For the filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons melted butter
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, cake mix, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, oil, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle.
Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into equal slices.
Place rolls in the prepared pan.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
