Berry Cheesecake Fluff (Pink Berry Version)

A light, creamy, no-bake dessert that tastes like cheesecake but is super easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or frozen thawed)
  • 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few drops pink food coloring (optional, for color)

Instructions:

  1. Mash or blend the berries until smooth (leave a few chunks if you like texture).
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. Fold in the berry puree until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  6. Add a few drops of pink food coloring if you want a brighter color.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

Tips:

  • Top with extra berries or crushed biscuits for a cheesecake feel.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
  • Serve in cups for a pretty presentation.

Result: Smooth, fluffy, sweet, and slightly tangy dessert—perfect for a quick treat without baking!
