Berry Cheesecake Fluff (Pink Berry Version)
A light, creamy, no-bake dessert that tastes like cheesecake but is super easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or frozen thawed)
- 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A few drops pink food coloring (optional, for color)
Instructions:
- Mash or blend the berries until smooth (leave a few chunks if you like texture).
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Fold in the berry puree until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring if you want a brighter color.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
Tips:
- Top with extra berries or crushed biscuits for a cheesecake feel.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
- Serve in cups for a pretty presentation.
