Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumbers, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon finely sliced green onion or onion (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and let them drain for a few minutes to release excess water.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cucumbers (and onion if using) and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.
- Sprinkle a little extra black pepper on top and serve chilled.
