Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–16 biscuits)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the beef
- In a pan, cook ground beef (and onion if using) until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.
- Add cheese
- Mix in shredded cheese so it melts slightly into the beef.
- Prepare dough
- Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
- Fill & seal
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center.
- Fold dough over and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
- Bake
- Place seam-side down on a baking tray.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garlic Parmesan topping
- Mix melted butter + garlic + Parmesan.
- Brush on hot bombs right after baking.
- Serve
- Enjoy warm with ketchup, ranch, or garlic sauce.
Tips
- Don’t overfill or they may burst while baking
- Brush topping immediately for best flavor
- Add pickles or bacon for a burger-style upgrade
