Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks
Ingredients
- 8 string cheese sticks
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
1. Prep the cheese
- Cut each string cheese stick in half if you want smaller snacks.
2. Wrap the cheese
- Take pizza dough (store-bought or homemade).
- Wrap small strips of dough around each cheese stick to fully cover it.
- Seal the edges well so the cheese doesn’t leak out.
3. Season
- Mix melted butter with oregano and garlic powder.
- Brush this mixture over each wrapped cheese snack.
4. Bake
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Serve
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
- Enjoy the gooey cheesy center
Tips
- Don’t overbake or the cheese may leak out
- Add mozzarella or pepperoni inside for extra flavor
- Best eaten fresh and hot
