- Optional: 2 tablespoons shredded coconut or crushed biscuits
Instructions
- Prepare the cream base
- In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream and Greek yogurt (or cream cheese).
- Add honey (or powdered sugar) and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth, light, and fluffy.
- Add the mandarins
- Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges.
- Be careful not to break them apart too much.
