A no-mess, flavor-packed dinner where tender pork chops steam over sweet carrots in a rich honey garlic glaze. Everything cooks together inside foil packets for maximum juiciness and easy cleanup.

Ingredients

For the Pork & Carrots

  • 4 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Honey Garlic Glaze

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

Step 1 — Prepare the Foil Packets

  • Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (big enough to fold and seal).

Step 2 — Season the Pork

  • Place one pork chop on top of the carrots in each packet.

Step 3 — Make the Honey Garlic Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, paprika, and olive oil (or melted butter) until well combined.

Step 4 — Assemble the Packets

  • Spoon the glaze generously over each pork chop, making sure some sauce drips onto the carrots.
  • Fold the foil over the pork and carrots and seal tightly to lock in the steam and juices.

Step 5 — Slow Cook

  • Place the sealed foil packets into the slow cooker (crockpot).
  • Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and fully cooked.

Step 6 — Finish & Serve
