Cheese & Bacon Balls
Ingredients:
- 200 g cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
For coating:
- Extra breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
- Add the egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- Place them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown and crispy.
(Or bake at 180°C / 350°F until golden, about 15–20 minutes.)
Serving: Serve warm with ranch dressing, cheese sauce, or your favorite dip
