 CRACK CHICKEN LASAGNA

Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with ranch flavor, tender chicken, and crispy bacon—this comfort dish is absolutely irresistible!

 INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1½ cups cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups milk

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Make the Creamy Chicken Mixture

In a large bowl, combine:

  • Shredded chicken
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Ranch dressing

Mix until smooth and creamy. You can use a hand mixer or mix by hand until fully combined.

3. Prepare the Sauce

Add the milk to the chicken mixture and stir well to create a rich, creamy sauce.

4. Assemble the Lasagna

Layer the ingredients in this order:

  • Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom
  • Add 3 lasagna noodles
  • Spread a portion of the chicken mixture
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and bacon

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese and bacon on top.

5. Bake

  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes
  • Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top

6. Rest and Serve

Let the lasagna sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing. This helps it set and makes serving easier.

 TIPS

  • Add a little garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor
  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time
  • For a crispy top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end
