 Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps

Golden, crispy tortillas filled with creamy chicken, smoky bacon, melted cheese, and rich ranch flavor—perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!

 Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

 Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shredded chicken and stir well to coat with the garlic butter. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.

2. Mix Everything Together

Reduce the heat to low. Add the ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and everything becomes creamy.

Fold in the crumbled bacon and mix until evenly combined. Remove from heat.

3. Assemble the Wraps

Lay each tortilla flat and spoon the chicken mixture evenly into the center.

Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into wraps.

4. Crisp the Wraps

Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve

Remove from heat, slice in half, and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm.

 Tips

  • Use leftover chicken to save time
  • Add lettuce or tomatoes for freshness
  • For extra spice, add a little hot sauce or jalapeños
