 Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (helps bind everything)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
  • 1/4 cup gravy (optional, for moisture)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil (for frying or brushing if baking)

 Instructions

  1. Mix Everything Together
    In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, gravy, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape into Balls
    Take small portions of the mixture and roll into golf ball-sized balls.
  3. Coat for Crispiness
    Roll each ball in extra breadcrumbs for a crunchy outer layer.

Cooking Options

 Frying (Extra Crispy):

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry balls for 3–4 minutes, turning until golden brown on all sides.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.

 Baking (Healthier):

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place balls on a lined baking sheet.
  • Lightly brush or spray with oil.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and heated through.

 Air Fryer:

  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

 Tips
