Creamy Kid-Friendly Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (any shape)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken and mix היט.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Tips
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.
