 Cheese Stuffed Flatbread

 Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough:
    In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
    Add warm milk and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead:
    Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
    Cover and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  3. Shape:
    Divide the dough into small balls.
    Flatten each ball, add mozzarella cheese in the center, then close it and flatten again gently.
  4. Cook:
    Heat a pan on medium heat.
    Cook each flatbread with a little butter for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve:
    Brush with butter and sprinkle parsley on top.
    Serve hot so the cheese stays melty

 Tips:

  • You can add garlic or herbs for more flavor.
  • Use any cheese you like (cheddar, kiri, etc.).
  • Cook on low-medium heat to avoid burning.
