Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250g pasta (fettuccine or any type)
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta
Boil water with salt, cook pasta until tender, then drain. - Cook the chicken
In a pan, heat olive oil, cook chicken with salt & pepper until done, then shred it. - Prepare the sauce
In the same pan:- Melt butter
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Pour in the cream and let it simmer
- Add cheese
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes creamy. - Combine everything
Add pasta + shredded chicken into the sauce and mix well. - Final touch
Add black pepper and a little butter on top (like in the picture
Tips:
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor
- If sauce is thick, add a little pasta water
- Best served hot!
