Oven Baked Potatoes with Sausage
Ingredients:
- 4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2–3 sausages, sliced into rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or mixed herbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare potatoes
Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into bite-sized chunks. - Mix everything
In a large bowl, combine:- Potatoes
- Sliced sausage
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs
Mix well until everything is coated.
- Transfer to baking dish
Place the mixture in a baking tray (like in the picture). Spread evenly. - Bake
Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until potatoes are golden and tender. - Add cheese (optional)
Sprinkle cheese on top in the last 5–10 minutes and let it melt. - Serve hot 🍽️

Tips:
- Use smoked sausage for more flavor
- Add onions or bell peppers for extra taste
- For crispier potatoes, don’t overcrowd the pan
