Crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel the potatoes if desired, then slice them thinly and evenly.
- Rinse the slices in cold water, then dry them very well using a clean towel.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl, add the olive oil and all the seasonings, and mix well until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
- If needed, cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until crispy and golden.
Tips:
- Soak the potato slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes before cooking for extra crispiness.
- Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Add grated cheese or fresh parsley on top after cooking for extra flavor.
Serving: Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or garlic sauce. Enjoy
