Oven-Baked Honey Garlic Sausages
Ingredients
- 500 g sausages (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce evenly over the sausages. Turn them a little to coat well.
- Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Spoon the sauce over the sausages once more before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Tips
- For extra caramelization, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
- Add sliced onions or bell peppers to the dish for more flavor.
