Oven-Baked Honey Garlic Sausages

Ingredients

  • 500 g sausages (beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce evenly over the sausages. Turn them a little to coat well.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Spoon the sauce over the sausages once more before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Tips

  • For extra caramelization, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  • Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
  • Add sliced onions or bell peppers to the dish for more flavor.
