 Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

 Instructions:

  1. Sear the pork chops (optional but recommended):
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Prepare the sauce:
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Slow cook:
Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cook:
    • LOW: 6–7 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
Until the pork is tender and juicy.
  5. Thicken the sauce:
Mix cornstarch + water, then stir into the slow cooker during the last 20 minutes.
  6. Serve:
Spoon the rich sauce over the pork chops and serve hot.

 Serving Ideas:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • White rice
  • Steamed veggies

Pro Tip:

For extra flavor, add sliced onions or mushrooms to the slow cooker—they soak up that amazing sauce!
