Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Sausage and Pierogies

This comforting slow cooker meal is perfect for busy days when you want something warm, hearty, and satisfying with almost no effort. Smoky sausage and soft, cheesy pierogies cook together in a creamy sauce, creating a rich dish that tastes like it took hours of work. It’s a family-friendly dinner that is filling, flavorful, and incredibly easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14–16 oz) package frozen Pierogi (potato & cheese works best)
  • 1 (12–14 oz) package smoked Kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the frozen pierogies evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa sausage on top of the pierogies.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the sausage and pierogies.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until everything is hot and the pierogies are tender.
  7. Gently stir before serving so the sauce coats everything evenly.

Optional Add-Ins (if you want extra flavor)

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A sprinkle of chopped parsley on top

Serving Tips
