Ingredients (20 cm pan)
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 120 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120 g almond flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until slightly pale and creamy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Fold in the almond flour and salt.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes (the center should stay slightly moist).
Super fudgy texture with an intense chocolate flavor.
2 COCOA BROWNIE WITH CORNSTARCH (LIGHT & SOFT)

- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 130 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 60 g cornstarch
- 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture.
- Stir in the sifted cornstarch and cocoa powder.
- Pour the batter into a prepared pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
Soft, light, and perfectly balanced in chocolate flavor.
3 COCONUT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE (GLUTEN-FREE & FLOURLESS)
