3 gluten-free brownies

 ULTRA FUDGY ALMOND BROWNIE (GLUTEN-FREE, NO FLOUR)

A rich gluten-free brownie that is almost truffle-like… impossible to resist 😍

Ingredients (20 cm pan)

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g almond flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together.
  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar until slightly pale and creamy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
  5. Fold in the almond flour and salt.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes (the center should stay slightly moist).

Super fudgy texture with an intense chocolate flavor.


2 COCOA BROWNIE WITH CORNSTARCH (LIGHT & SOFT)

A lighter brownie but still very chocolatey 🤍

 Ingredients (20 cm pan)

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 130 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together.
  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Stir in the sifted cornstarch and cocoa powder.
  6. Pour the batter into a prepared pan.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Soft, light, and perfectly balanced in chocolate flavor.


3 COCONUT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE (GLUTEN-FREE & FLOURLESS)

An exotic touch and incredibly indulgent

 Ingredients (20 cm pan)

  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g shredded coconut
  • 40 g almond flour

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together.
  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Mix in the shredded coconut and almond flour.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined pan.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes.

Soft brownies with a light coconut texture and rich chocolate flavor.
