Cupid’s Creamy Garlic Chicken Rotin

Rich, velvety garlic cream sauce tossed with tender chicken and rotini—pure comfort made with love!

Ingredients:

* 12 oz rotini pasta
* 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
* Salt & black pepper to taste
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tbsp butter
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* ½ cup chicken broth
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
* Optional garnish: chopped parsley or basil

Instructions:

1. Cook rotini in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
6. Stir in heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
8. Return chicken to the skillet along with cooked rotini. Toss to coat evenly, adding pasta water as needed for a silky sauce.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with fresh herbs on top.
