4-Ingredient Savory Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can chicken, drained
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tube flaky biscuits
- ½ cup water
Optional Seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together:
- canned chicken
- mixed vegetables
- cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup water
- Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a medium baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place them evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the biscuits are fully cooked and golden.
- For extra flavor, brush melted butter on top and place under the broiler for 1 minute until the biscuits turn golden brown.
