Candied Kielbasa Bites

Sweet, sticky, and savory sausage bites that are perfect for parties or quick snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch bite-size pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the kielbasa pieces to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the sausage in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is thick and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm with toothpicks.

Tips

  • You can add ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
  • These also cook great in a slow cooker on LOW for about 2–3 hours.
