Crockpot Creamy Ground Beef & Gravy
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream (added at the end)
Instructions:
- Brown the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until fully browned. Drain excess grease. - Add to crockpot
Transfer beef mixture to your slow cooker. - Mix the sauce
Add cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. - Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Finish creamy
Stir in sour cream during the last 15–20 minutes of cooking.
Serve Over:
- Mashed potatoes
- Egg noodles
- Rice
- Toasted bread
