Swedish Meatballs (Easy & Quick)

A simple and creamy comfort meal made with frozen meatballs — perfect for busy days!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen Swedish meatballs
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Meatballs:
    Prepare the frozen Swedish meatballs according to the package instructions (oven or stovetop).
  2. Make the Sauce:
    In a large skillet or saucepan, combine:

    • Cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
    • Beef broth
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Garlic powder
    • Black pepper

    Stir well and heat over medium until smooth and warm.

  3. Add Meatballs:
    Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Finish with Sour Cream:
    Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Mix until creamy and heated through (do not boil).

Serve With:

  • Egg noodles
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice
  • Or crusty bread
