Chicken Stir-Fry Plate with White Rice & Steamed Broccol

1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup broccoli florets
Β½ green bell pepper, sliced
Β½ red bell pepper, sliced
ΒΌ onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: garlic powder or soy sauce (light)

Cook the white rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
Steam the broccoli florets for 4β5 minutes until tender but still bright green.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly golden and fully cooked.
Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan. SautΓ© for 3β4 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
