Creamy Chicken Crack Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar (and mozzarella if using) on top.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with dried parsley and serve warm with crackers.

Tip: You can also add crispy bacon bits or a little ranch seasoning for extra flavor!
