Creamy Chicken Crack Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
- Crackers for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar (and mozzarella if using) on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve warm with crackers.
Tip: You can also add crispy bacon bits or a little ranch seasoning for extra flavor!
