Lemon Ginger Water
Lemon Ginger Water is a refreshing and healthy drink made with fresh lemon and ginger. It’s perfect in the morning, after meals, or anytime you want something light and detoxifying.
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh lemon (sliced or juiced)
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
- 4 cups (1 liter) water
- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
- Wash the lemon and ginger well.
- Slice the lemon into rounds (remove seeds).
- Peel and slice or grate the ginger.
- Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Add the ginger and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Add the lemon slices and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
- Strain (if desired), add honey, and enjoy warm — or chill in the fridge and serve cold.
