Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra sauce)
- 4 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth (if using).
- Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- If using cream cheese, add it during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Serving Ideas:
- Serve over rice

- Or inside sandwich buns
Tip: You can add sliced mushrooms or broccoli during the last hour for extra flavor and texture.
