Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken

 Ingredients:

  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra sauce)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

 Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth (if using).
  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. If using cream cheese, add it during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it into the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

 Serving Ideas:

  • Serve over rice
  • With mashed potatoes
  • Over pasta
  • Or inside sandwich buns

Tip: You can add sliced mushrooms or broccoli during the last hour for extra flavor and texture.
