Blueberry Fluff Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, do NOT prepare)
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberry pie filling and well-drained crushed pineapple.
- Add the dry instant vanilla pudding mix and stir until fully incorporated. (Do not prepare the pudding first.)
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the salad to set and chill.
Serve cold. Perfect for potlucks, holidays, BBQs, or as a quick no-bake dessert!
