 Blueberry Fluff Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, do NOT prepare)
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

 Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberry pie filling and well-drained crushed pineapple.
  2. Add the dry instant vanilla pudding mix and stir until fully incorporated. (Do not prepare the pudding first.)
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the salad to set and chill.

Serve cold. Perfect for potlucks, holidays, BBQs, or as a quick no-bake dessert!
