Taco Dorito Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients:
For the meat mixture:
- 1 lb (450–500 g) ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- ½ cup Catalina dressing
- ½ cup water (optional, for extra moisture)
Toppings & add-ins:
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Sweet corn (canned or cooked)
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
For serving:
- Crushed Doritos
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer the cooked beef to a slow cooker (crockpot).
- Add taco seasoning, Rotel, Catalina dressing, and optional water. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook:
- LOW: 3–4 hours
- HIGH: 1.5–2 hours
Before Serving:
- Stir in shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, corn, and shredded cheese.
Serving:
- Spoon the mixture into bowls or plates.
- Top with crushed Doritos.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
