 Strawberry Fluff Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz strawberry Jell-O mix (1 box)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt or sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

 Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O
    In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add Cold Water & Chill
    Stir in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until slightly thickened (not fully set).
  3. Mix in Fruit & Marshmallows
    Add crushed pineapple (with juice), mini marshmallows, and chopped strawberries. Stir gently.
  4. Fold in Creamy Ingredients
    Fold in whipped topping and vanilla yogurt or sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Chill Again
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set and chilled.

 Serving Tips

  • Serve cold for best flavor
  • Garnish with extra strawberries or whipped cream
  • Perfect for BBQs, potlucks, and holidays
