Strawberry Fluff Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz strawberry Jell-O mix (1 box)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt or sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions
- Dissolve Jell-O
In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. - Add Cold Water & Chill
Stir in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until slightly thickened (not fully set). - Mix in Fruit & Marshmallows
Add crushed pineapple (with juice), mini marshmallows, and chopped strawberries. Stir gently. - Fold in Creamy Ingredients
Fold in whipped topping and vanilla yogurt or sour cream until smooth and fluffy. - Chill Again
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set and chilled.
