Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1–2 cups mixed fruit (mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, strawberries, or grapes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping. Stir gently until smooth.
  2. Add the drained pineapple, cherries, mini marshmallows, nuts (if using), and mixed fruit.
  3. Fold everything together carefully so the mixture stays fluffy.
  4. Pour into a freezer-safe dish or container.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer about 10–15 minutes before serving so it softens slightly.
  7. Scoop and serve chilled!

Tips & Variations

  • Add shredded coconut for extra flavor
  • Use cream cheese (softened) for a richer texture
  • Swap fruit based on what you like  peaches, mango, or berries work great
  • Serve in slices like ice cream cake or scoop like frozen mousse
