Fried S’mores Bombs
Crispy, golden dough bombs bursting with melted chocolate and gooey marshmallow — all the campfire flavor, no fire needed!
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 oz)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
- Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
Prep the Dough
Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
Fill the Bombs
Add a few chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to the center.
Sprinkle a pinch of crushed graham crackers on top.
Seal & Shape
Fold dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
Roll into smooth balls. Brush lightly with beaten egg.
Fry Until Golden
Heat oil to 350°F / 175°C.
Fry dough bombs in batches for 1–2 minutes, turning until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Finish & Serve
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Serve warm for that melty s’mores center
Optional Upgrades
- Add peanut butter chips
- Roll in cinnamon sugar after frying
- Stuff with Nutella instead of chocolate chips
