Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

An over-the-top comfort food mashup combining juicy bacon cheeseburger flavors with layers of cheesy, garlicky lasagna. Rich, hearty, and totally indulgent!
Ingredients:
Meat & Sauce Layer:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup marinara sauce or crushed tomatoes
Cheese Mixture:
- 1½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Lasagna & Topping:
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Extra mozzarella & Parmesan for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
2. Cook the Meat
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add marinara sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon.
3. Make the Cheese Mixture
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and parsley until smooth.
4. Assemble the Lasagna
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add a layer of lasagna noodles.
- Spread ricotta mixture over noodles.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese.
- Add meat sauce.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce.
5. Top & Bake
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6. Rest & Serve
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot and enjoy every cheesy, bacon-loaded bite
Tips:
- Add sliced pickles between layers for a true cheeseburger twist.
- Swap marinara for a light garlic cream sauce for extra richness.
- Serve with a green salad to balance the heaviness.
