Diabetic Sugar-Free Applesauce Bread

No Sugar • No Calories • Only 3 Ingredients • Low-Calorie Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (no sugar added)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs well until slightly frothy.
  3. Add the unsweetened applesauce and mix until fully combined.
  4. Add the baking powder and stir gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool completely before slicing.

Notes:

  • Make sure the applesauce is 100% sugar-free.
  • Texture is light and moist, similar to a soft cake or bread.
  • Suitable for diabetics and anyone following a low-calorie diet.
