Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (melted) or chocolate syrup

Optional Toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until creamy and well combined.
  2. Sweeten it:
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Whip the cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and creamy.
  5. Add chocolate:
Drizzle melted chocolate into the filling and gently swirl, or mix lightly if you prefer a chocolate-peanut butter flavor throughout.
  6. Assemble:
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
  8. Serve:
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or chopped peanuts before serving.

Tip: For a richer taste, use a chocolate cookie crust instead of graham cracker.
