Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad

A cool and creamy salad bursting with crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, and fresh cucumbers—quick to toss together and always a hit at picnics or potlucks!

Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the sliced cucumbers.
  2. Pour in the ranch dressing and toss gently to coat.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley and black pepper.
  5. Mix lightly, chill for 10–15 minutes, and serve cold.

Tips & Variations

  • Add sliced green onions for extra crunch
  • Use Greek yogurt ranch for a lighter version
  • Best served fresh (cucumbers release water over time)
