Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional add-ins (so good!):
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended (cream cheese will melt more while baking).
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, stirring once halfway, until hot, bubbly, and creamy.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

- For a golden top, sprinkle cheese on top during the last 10 minutes
