Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional add-ins (so good!):

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended (cream cheese will melt more while baking).
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, stirring once halfway, until hot, bubbly, and creamy.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Tips

  • Perfect with roast chicken, turkey, BBQ, or holiday meals
  • For a golden top, sprinkle cheese on top during the last 10 minutes
