Creamy Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab

Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 8 oz crab meat (lump or imitation)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Lasagna Noodles
Boil noodles in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Seafood
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink.
Gently stir in crab meat, cook 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
Make the Creamy Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and milk over medium heat.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Stir constantly until smooth and slightly thickened. Adjust salt and pepper.
Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish.
Layer as follows:
- Alfredo sauce
- Lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Seafood mixture
- Mozzarella cheese
Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest & Serve
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired
