Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Sweet, creamy, and savory corn cooked in a buttery honey sauce—an easy side dish everyone loves!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 16 ounces frozen corn (no need to thaw)
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- (Optional) a pinch of paprika or chili flakes
- (Optional) 1 tablespoon milk or cream for extra creaminess
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the honey and stir until combined and smooth.
- Add the frozen corn and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly golden.
- Stir in the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook and stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the corn is creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
