Buffalo Chicken Bacon Loaded Mozzarella Bombs
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
For wrapping
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, cut into pieces)
Optional topping
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch (or blue cheese), buffalo sauce, mozzarella, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal and forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- (Optional) Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
