Buffalo Chicken Bacon Loaded Mozzarella Bombs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For wrapping

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, cut into pieces)

Optional topping

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch (or blue cheese), buffalo sauce, mozzarella, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal and forming a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. (Optional) Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
