Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps
Ingredients
For the Creamy Ranch Sauce
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (crispy or grilled)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles
Instructions
- Make the Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thick.
Stir in ranch dressing, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. - Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
Add a few spoonfuls of the ranch sauce and mix gently. - Assemble the Wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Spread a little sauce on each tortilla.
Add the chicken mixture and optional veggies.
Roll tightly like a wrap. - Crisp the Wraps
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy on both sides.
