SEASONED GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
Juicy • Flavorful • Perfectly Grilled
INGREDIENTS
- 8 lamb chops (loin or rib chops)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin (optional – adds depth)
- Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
MARINATE
Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours (even 30 minutes works great).
PREHEAT THE GRILL
Heat grill to medium-high (400–450°F / 200–230°C).
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
GRILL
Grill lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your preference.
Aim for beautiful grill marks and a light char.
REST & SERVE
Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
