Chicken Bacon Alfredo Tortellini Bake

A rich, creamy, and comforting baked pasta dish loaded with cheesy tortellini, tender chicken, crispy bacon, and Alfredo sauce. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings!

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked chicken, bacon, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Stir for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the Alfredo sauce (and heavy cream if using). Mix well and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
  7. Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
  9. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh green salad
  • Add steamed broccoli or mushrooms for extra veggies
  • For a spicy kick, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
